Yoga Flow in the Park - Encanto Park, PHX

Late notice but I will be doing yoga at Encanto Park tomorrow at 9am if anyone wants to join! Simple, intentional movement. Building some heat to then take it nice and easy, connecting to our bodies and feeling the support of the Earth beneath us!
