Ready to close out the weekend with a chill flow? π
If you know me, I'm generally a go go go kind of girl. Always busy, talking and moving fast, pushing myself with workout after workout, the whole nine yards.
But the yoga practice?? Ooooo baby I take it slooooow. No hay prisa. We have nowhere else to be but right here.
I lead flows where we have plenty of time to be in a pose. There's something so juicy about sinking in a little bit deeper, feeling our bodies warm up and engage all the little stabilizer muscles to hold us in a posture, while we also are actively looking for the parts of our bodies we can relax.
Every single pose is a beautiful dance of engagement and release. Steadiness and ease. Leading you through your practice to connect with those sensations is the goal, and the sweet release of settling into the grounding postures at the end is where all the juicy, good yoga stuff comes in.
