I believe that Being Yourself is the Medicine that heals self-esteem issues, calms down our social/general anxiety, and frees our locked-up energy for pleasure, fulfillment, and healthy relationships. Be Yourself! Sanctuary is an island of peace, fun & enlightenment, where All of You is Welcome, with all of your emotions, human flaws, joy, "too muchness", spirituality, pessimism, whatever!
Join our group of special snowflakes! Enjoy what it feels like to put away the social masks in order to fit in or survive. Give yourself permission to simply exist without trying so damn hard. It's time to just be your gosh darn SELF.
