Beach Cities Gateway - Young Adult Social Group

Saturday April 25 2026:
Hi everyone! Join is for Bagels at Noahs then take a short walk to the office for a fun-filled board game hangout! Feel free to bring your favorite board game to share with the group. Free refreshments in the office.
Bring: Comfortable walking shoes and money if you wish to purchase something at Noahs Bagels.

Meet at: Noahs Bagels 895 Silver Spur Rd, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274

Cost/Donations:

• There is no cost for attending the group, however participants will need to pay for any admissions costs such as admission to a museum. Please check the event description for any associated costs.
• We do accept donations which are put back into the group for the benefit of everyone who attends.

Agreements and Expectations:

• The group is for young adults, ages 18+.
• To encourage safety and responsibility, we ask that group participants are sober when attending.
• Participants are encouraged to continue connections outside of the group if you choose to do so.
• Please do your best to come on time and be prepared for the activity.
• We learn from each other through relationship building.
• We will be respectful of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
• What is shared in the group stays in the group, unless explicit permission is given to share outside.
• We engage with an open mind, and we respect each person’s opinion and perspective, even if it differs from our own.
• If we want to discuss a topic that is sensitive (religion, politics) we will ask for the other person's consent and accept their choice

Hi everyone! LA Fleet Week is Southern California’s largest FREE Memorial Day Weekend celebration, honoring the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and all sea services. Enjoy a full week of public engagement with demonstrations, ship tours, aircraft flyovers, and community activities. Expo & ship tours run May 22–25)

Location: Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro, CA — centered around the Battleship IOWA & surrounding waterfront
Getting Here: Easy parking available nearby
Simple access for both local and visiting guests

• ID Requirements: Bring valid government-issued photo ID (passport required for non-U.S. citizens) to board active ships.
• Transportation: Free shuttles and trolleys run throughout the day for easy navigation between venues, parking, and the Expo.
