Board Games + Peninsula Center Library Book Sale

Join us Saturday February 7 at 10am for board games at the Beach Cities Gateway office, then head across the street together to browse the Peninsula Center Library book sale!
Cost/Donations:

• There is no cost for attending the group, however participants will need to pay for any admissions costs such as admission to a museum. Please check the event description for any associated costs.
• We do accept donations which are put back into the group for the benefit of everyone who attends.

Agreements and Expectations:

• The group is for young adults, ages 18-29.
• To encourage safety and responsibility, we ask that group participants are sober when attending.
• Participants are encouraged to continue connections outside of the group if you choose to do so.
• Please do your best to come on time and be prepared for the activity.
• We learn from each other through relationship building.
• We will be respectful of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
• What is shared in the group stays in the group, unless explicit permission is given to share outside.
• We engage with an open mind, and we respect each person’s opinion and perspective, even if it differs from our own.
• If we want to discuss a topic that is sensitive (religion, politics) we will ask for the other person's consent and accept their choice.
