Beach Volleyball/Pickleball Trip planning event

I am looking to organize 1 or 2 trips down south to resorts with pickleball courts.
Option 1 - Club Med Resorts (Turks & Caicos, Punta Cana, Miches DR, or Cancun) in the Sept-Dec timeframe. No single supplement in certain resorts and time periods

Option 2 - Punta Cana early Dec or over Xmas
It will be an all inclusive trip.
