What we’re about
Everybody who likes having fun while playing beach volleyball is welcome here, no matter your skill level.
This group is aimed at being a great place to meet and get to know other players on the island so that we can all have as much fun as possible.
Event attendants will be arranged into groups of players of the same level as we offer both casual and competitive play, as well as training sessions. And we like to play music while doing so.
We also like to meet outside the court to have a good time while socialising, listening to music and having drinks.
In order to build quality meet-ups, we are going to need the following information from you when joining this group:
A picture in your profile, as it makes it more personal and helps us recognise you on the court.
A brief description of your experience with (beach) volleyball so far (newcomer, beginner, hobbyist, advanced or competitive).
Your mobile number, so that we can contact you regarding your request and also for short-term changes concerning bad weather and similar.
For your information, this group is the public face of the beachvolley branch of the Tennis 'n Beach Mallorca International Sports Club, whose purpose is to support recurring events like this one.
In order to buy and maintain the necessary equipment (nets, balls, Meetup page fee, speakers, prizes, etc.), a fee of 4 € per person per event is required. The preferred payment method is Bizum, although cash is also accepted. PayPal will be coming soon.
Our main meet-up place is the beach of Palmanova, next to the beach-bar "Il Chiringo".
