Christmas Party DJ, Music & Yummy BBQ

ℹ️ Information
Come and join us for a Christmas party at different location. We are doing BBQ, DJ, Games & Kris Kringle. This is the third time we are doing a fun Christmas party for our massive group, last time was a blast.

🍖 BBQ & Drinks
(Bring your own choice of meat to BBQ & drinks)
We will provide portable gas stoves, butane gas, plastic cups, cutleries & paper plates. Salad, BBQ sauces, water & icebox, help cook your delicious BBQ. Once you arrive anytime you will use our equipment you to cook your BBQ meat or we can help out.

When: 12:30PM - 9PM
What to bring:

• YOUR OWN CHOICE OF 🥩🍗 MEAT
• YOUR OWN CHOICE OF 🍹🍺 DRINKS
• Picnic Matt or portable chair.
• Water, Snacks, light jacket for night time
• Any extra cloths

🎁 Kris Kringle (Optional) Exchange Gifts
Bring an exchange gift box worth of $10 or more (whatever you decided to purchased) to exchange with other people who are doing the Kris Kringle game during the event.
Gift box rules
- Exchange Gift must be $10 or more, no less
- Your name must be hidden in the box
- You can purchase whatever non dangerous item/s you like to wrap in a box
- Something cute, useful, unique or funny
- This is optional

What we currently used
Equipment we used are BoomBox 3 speaker, Numark DJ Controller, Copaya Net, Balls, Frisby, Canon Camera for photos and videos, DJI MINI 3 Pro for drone videos and photos, BBQ portable stoves & metal plates.

5. Do not throw rubbish, maintain the beach clean, carry your own rubbish with you when you leave the area.

7. Sydney Beach Events will not be liable for any health issues, damaged or injuries that may happened during the event. You will be playing at your own risk.

8. For your own safety, swimming at the beach is not part of this event, if you are going for a swim, swim between the flags & with friends. Swimming alone at the beach is not recommended. If you cannot swim do not swim. You will be swimming at your own risk.

9. Build lasting friendship, trust and always ask for consent.
