It can be confusing which meetups to join, who's actually hosting fun events that have people attending... all the emails...
So commit here and join hundreds of people who meetup with us weekly throughout the West LA/Culver/Santa Monica/SouthBay area and online for fitness, nutrition, community, and fun!
This group is designed for fun, friendly people in their 30s and 40s (mostly but not to exclude all ages by any means) who are looking to make new friends, explore LA, and get into the best shape of their lives. We focus on nutrition, fitness, community, and the mindset it takes to reach new goals of losing weight, building muscle, improving endurance, agility, sports performance- around exciting activities, workouts, the community.
I omit the address on the meetups, first to protect our community, but also so that we can connect prior to the event, so shoot me a text and lets create a plan to meetup! 828-618-4068
All of our events and activities are cross-promoted with other meetups and groups; you can expect 20-50 people in our indoor events, and an unlimited number online (usually ranging from 25-50) So throw on your running shoes, toss your yoga mat in the trunk, grab a bottle of water, and get ready to meet some new friends.
