Hello fellow Beacon movie lovers! 🎬🍿 I’m testing out a fun little idea and seeing if there’s any interest in starting a low-key, monthly movie-going club. We’ll pick a movie playing at The Beacon Movie Theater, you grab your own ticket, and after the credits roll we’ll have a designated spot (restaurant/brewery/other space) to hang out for anyone who wants to chat.
This is a come-as-you-are, no-pressure kind of thing. The post-movie discussion is meant to stay light, fun, and film-focused—favorite scenes, wild theories, great performances, questionable accents, cool cinematography, etc. This is not the space for intense political, religious, or ethical debates— all friendly, no drama.
Come for the movie, stay for the vibes (or don’t—totally fine either way!). If this sounds like your speed, hope to see you there 🎥✨
(A quick heads-up: some of our movie picks may be rated R, and post-movie hangouts will often take place at breweries or similar spots. For that reason, this group is geared more toward an adult crowd.)
