I'm Char, also known as MiMi, a professional administrator for the State of Ohio.
During the pandemic, I spent a lot of time reflecting and realized that a key element of success for women of color is having a strong, supportive village. I envisioned creating a social networking platform where minority women could uplift and empower one another while sharing their experiences and challenges—over brunch or through other exciting activities. From that vision, "Beautiful Brown Women Brunch & More!" was born.
