We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be slow, with a couple of stops, along the way, depending on the progress of the group. Sessions will be geared to get you back in shape, one step at a time :)) PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run.
