This is the first book our group started with over a year ago, and now we are excited to share it with a larger community of men. Buy it, read it, and come out for beautiful summer evening discussion of it in the park with a group of awesome men.

BECOMING MEN
"Becoming Men" is a community offering for men seeking to build healthy and long-lasting relationships by healing our core masculine wounds. We aim to create a safe space for men to discover, express, and relate with one another, while also building deep, meaningful masculine friendships - something that many of us have been missing. We believe that in order for society to heal, men must receive support from other men. By discovering ourselves and supporting other men, we will slowly heal all types of relationships in our lives - with our friends, at our work, with our family, our intimate lovers, and within our greater community. We invite you to take this journey of friendship and brotherhood with us.
What to expect in this book club?
We will provide space for discussion and exploration into the book. We aim to create a safety for men to express new ideas, make discoveries, and relate with one another, while also building deep, meaningful masculine friendships.
It is our hope you will find:
- Understanding of "nice-guy syndrome" and how it may keep you from getting what you really want from relationships and out of life
- Ways to recover from these unconscious patterns through self-reflection and community support
- Hear stories of other men who are recovering from nice-guy syndrome and building a sense of worth-full-ness

SAFETY
We are here to provide an emotionally safe, confidential, and inclusive place for ourselves and other men to open up emotionally, grow, and learn. Please be respectful of each other and hold space for each other to show up authentically. We believe that all men, just as they are, are worthy of love, respect, and empathy. We strive to become the best men we can be, all the while refraining from guilt, shame or insults around our past, present, or future. If you cannot meet these basic guidelines, we may respectfully ask you to leave.
