over giving, overthinking, and overdoing…

At some point, you may have realized:
You’ve lost connection with yourself.

This space is for women who are ready to change that.

Not by doing more…
but by learning how to come back to themselves.

What this space is about

This is a grounded, supportive space for women (35–65) who are ready to:

Stop over functioning in relationships
Reconnect with their emotions instead of avoiding them
Learn to set effective, healthy boundaries
Understand the deeper patterns (core programming) that keep them stuck
Start living life on their terms — not out of obligation
What you can expect

This is not just a sharing group.

You’ll be guided through real conversations and simple tools based on:

Processing your emotions
Building effective boundaries
Understanding and shifting your patterns

There will be space to share…
but also space to learn, reflect, and grow.

A note from me

My own journey began in 2006 through burnout, health challenges, and feeling disconnected from myself.

It took 19 years of learning how to feel my emotions, set boundaries, and understand my patterns…
to finally reconnect with who I truly am.

This space is a reflection of that journey —
and a place for you to begin (or deepen) your own.
