## 🌿 Welcome to Becoming
Welcome to Becoming, a Liverpool-based community for women interested in healing, spirituality, embodiment, and meaningful connection.
Becoming offers women-only groups and events, intentionally created to support healing, self-exploration, and connection in a safe, grounded, and nurturing environment.
### ✨ What is Becoming?
Becoming hosts in-person groups, workshops, and events, with some online offerings also planned.
Each gathering may focus on something different, but all are rooted in self-awareness, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection.
Sessions may include:
- Women’s circles
- Psychic & intuitive development
- Physical wellness, stretch & gentle fitness
- Dance & embodied movement
- Feminine embodiment
- Shadow work & self-reflection
- Coaching-style group work
- Somatic & mindfulness practices
Not every event includes all of the above — each gathering has its own intention and theme, which will always be clearly shared in the event description.
### 🤍 Who is this for?
Becoming is for women who:
- Are interested in healing or spirituality (no experience needed)
- Want to connect with like-minded women in a supportive space
- Enjoy movement, reflection, or personal growth
- Are open, curious, and respectful of others’ journeys
You don’t need to “be spiritual” or have any special knowledge — just come as you are.

Most events take place in Liverpool, with occasional online sessions.

Join us in Sefton Park for our January Reset — a nourishing outdoor session designed to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and meet like-minded women as we begin the year together.
This is a chance to take time out, move your body, and gently release stagnant energy built up over the winter and festive period. Through breath-led movement, stretching, and intuitive flow, we’ll reset both body and mind, creating space for clarity, ease, and positive energy as the new year unfolds.
Being outdoors in the fresh January air helps us feel more present and connected — to nature, to our bodies, and to one another. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where movement feels supportive, uplifting, and enjoyable, not pressured or performative.
Come alone or bring a friend — you’ll be warmly welcomed either way.

- Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
- Suitable for all fitness levels
- No previous experience needed
### 🌬️ Moving outdoors
This session takes place outdoors in Sefton Park, allowing us to move in nature and breathe in the crisp winter air. Combined with movement, this can feel deeply energising, grounding, and mood-boosting. As we’ll be moving throughout, you’ll warm up naturally — layers are recommended.

Anyone who’d like to is welcome to join us for food on Lark Lane afterwards. We’ll book a table so you can continue connecting, grounding, and refuelling together.
