What we’re about

When you begin the practice of Tai Chi Gung, you will enable your body to relieve all stress from the muscles tendons and ligaments. You will take your breathing off of auto pilot and into manual with energy breathing. TCG will change how you think of nature by learning to move with it. Class includes a warmup and 4 standing exercises of gentle movement that are so easy you will immediately begin to tap into the chi, or intrinsic energy within you. Prepare to feel wonderful!
