Beehive Skeptics Goes to PhenomeCon, part 2!

We're doing it again!
Beehive Skeptics has been invited back to run a vendor booth at PhenomeCon!
Last year we had such a good experience running the booth and talking to people from all beliefs about science and critical thinking.

Details: Paranormal Conference | PhenomeCon | Vernal
To simply attend the conference you will need to purchase a pass with PhenomeCon. Prices range form $50 to $149.
However if you choose to help with the booth, you will not need to pay for that.

What we need:

• We need up to two people willing to help run the booth.
  This will involve talking about our group, going over some of the displays, selling science themed products, and talking about critical thinking in a respectful manor to people who will not agree with you. Free passes to PhenomeCon will be provided to people running the booth.
• We need donations. We do plan on selling items at the booth, in this the proceeds go directly back to the group in events and other activism projects. However, the startup cost is still a lot, so any help covering these cost helps. All proceeds go to meetup fees (keeping this group free for you), investigation cost, and event cost. Donations are tax deductible.

Accommodations:
Any hotel in vernal should work, however Shane currently has a 2 bed hotel room reserved at "Vernal's Best Value Inn"

It's low rated, so don't expect the best experience. Though it was selected due to

• it's price
• Proximity to the conference center
• It's not advertised on the Phenomecon website, so we'll have less people from the conference staying there.

Sep. 2nd would be needed for booth setup, but if you only plan to attend the conference you can come on the 3rd.
