About us
This is a private community for Cleveland-area manufacturing and distribution leaders who want better perspective before making important operational decisions.
The group is built around small, carefully selected working dinners. Each company brings one real decision they are currently facing, such as choosing software, purchasing equipment, hiring a key leader, adding capacity, changing vendors, or expanding operations.
Before each dinner, the decision is prepared privately so the conversation can focus on what matters. At the table, operators share relevant experience, challenge assumptions, identify hidden costs, and discuss what they would verify before committing.
This is not a traditional networking group, sales event, or open mixer. There are no presentations, no vendor pitches, and no pressure to promote your company. Members are selected based on the decision they are bringing, the experience they can contribute, or both.
The goal is simple: help operators benefit from lessons other companies have already paid to learn.
Some members join because they are preparing to make an important decision. Others are invited because they have firsthand experience that could help another operator avoid an expensive mistake.
Events are intentionally small, confidential, and focused on practical discussion. If the people in the room are not well matched to the decisions being discussed, we would rather postpone the event than hold an unhelpful one.
Hosted by Visidex, a software company that builds custom operational tools for manufacturers and distributors.
