Writers at the Farm (East Perth)

We’re a group of local writers keen to share the beautiful space at Perth City Farm with some other wordsmiths! Join us for some quiet writing time, some writing prompts, some chats and maybe a coffee from the onsite cafe!

Suitable for writers of all kinds, at any stage of their writing journey. Bring your writing materials and your creative vibes.

Perth City Farm is a working not-for-profit permaculture farm. We usually run the group outside in the shade – for COVID safety and because it’s lovely. You can find us by heading left as soon as you enter the farm gate, we'll be around the tables under the tree behind the big building. Don't worry, if it rains we have an indoor space too. If you get lost, ask for us at the Farm Office and they'll guide you.

If you’d like to wander through the garden bring a hat and wear sunscreen. Bring a little money to purchase a coffee from the onsite cafe.

Be aware the parking around City Farm is limited, it would be worth considering public transport. There are two ACROD bays immediately outside the front gates.
