Are you looking for a supportive space to focus on your mental health recovery?
Do you experience loneliness and feel like you don’t belong?
Do you suffer from social anxiety and really struggle to get yourself into new social environments in order to make friends?
Do you struggle to stick to new positive habits?
Would you like to discover more about yourself and work on your self esteem and self confidence?
Have you spent time in hospital and other clinical environments where you have wished the day programs could be accessed on an ongoing basis because these programs really help you obtain and sustain your recovery focus?
If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, there is a seat with your name on it at Thrive Tribe.
We are group centred and offer activities tailored to the needs and interests of our current members. From psycho-education, skill development, goal setting and accountability, to creative self discovery and expression, to board games, social activities and low key coffee catch ups - we do the lot.
We have been running almost a year however we are still very much a baby of a group. We are waiting for YOU to join and complete us 😊
