Boomerang Gorge Trail, Koalas, Aboriginal Cultural Centre, & Lunch

Meeting on the front veranda of Yanchep Inn from 9.45, we'll begin our stroll promptly at 10am - through the Aboriginal Cultural Centre, and the Koala Sanctuary, heading north to the Dwerta Mia Trail, also known as Boomerang Gorge. Dwerta Mia - 'the house of the wild dog'.

Our return route will be via the historical Gloucester Lodge.

This is a short walk of about an hour.
There will be plenty of time for photos.

For those who can stay on, a simple coffee or a traditional roast lunch can be purchased at Yanchep Inn.

What to bring - sun/rain protection, your camera and some drinking water.

Although this hike is free, participants will require a Yanchep National Park Pass which can be purchased online or at the Park entrance.

Looking forward to it,
