Armadale Walk & Talk

Come along to a relaxed social walk/hike in the Armadale area, on most Monday afternoons - all welcome!

**NOTE THE CHANGE IN LOCATION for today's walk** (Roley Pools is slippery when wet so we will try to do that hike another time soon). Keep an eye out for any last minute cancellations today (only cancelled if there are thunderstorms later this afternoon), and update your attendance if you don't wish to join us. There may be some rain, so bring rain gear (Bunnings umbrella might be handy if you have one!).

Drive slowly on Thompson Rd - it is narrow and winding.

This walk will be in the bush, on gravel trails. It will be on a Class 2 trail (easy trail with modified or hardened surface, and gentle hills or occasional steps).
It will be around 3.2km long, about 1 hour.

TIMING: Please arrive early. We will begin the walk at 4.00pm on the dot.

DURATION: 1-1.5 hours, depending on walking pace, though we will be aiming for a relaxed pace.

WHAT TO BRING: comfortable walking footwear (suitable for gravel trails), water, sun/rain protection, suitable clothing for the weather, and a smile! :)

IF WEATHER IS BAD: We will go ahead if there's rain (come prepared with wet weather gear if so! Or else you can also choose not to come, of course), but we will only cancel if thunderstorms are predicted. **Today we are planning to go ahead, but keep an eye out for any last minute cancellations.**
