This evening is about owning your joy through self-care.
Not the “bubble bath and face mask” kind.
But the harder work of tending your own heart, taking responsibility for your thoughts, your spirit, your expectations and the atmosphere you carry at home.
We will be joined by Eva Mence, a wise wife of 10 years, a mum of a 7-year-old, her testimony has moved women nationwide over Latvia's radio stations. Through seasons of unhealthy attachment, misplaced identity and expecting her husband to carry what was hers to take care of, Eva learned the freedom of self-responsibility. And ultimately, the pure joy that follows.
Together, we will explore:
- What does making a decision to be joyful mean
- How to love deeply without losing yourself
- How to honour your partner without making him your source
- How taking ownership of your own heart can become the beginning of a more joyful life.
The conversation will be followed by a self-reflection workshop.
This evening is also your doorway into the private Beginner Wife WhatsApp community - where the conversation continues and the real connection, encouragement and accountability are built beyond the room.
