What we’re about
Do you play VIOLIN, VIOLA or CELLO? Maybe you are just starting, or perhaps you already play a little and would like a chance to play in a fun, easy and low pressure class. Come join us! We will learn to play the instruments with fun fiddle tunes, pop tunes and easy classical pieces. Open string parts up through more advanced melody and harmony parts for a wide range of levels. Participants need their own instrument and music stand.
6:30 - A beginner class that introduces the basics of playing the instrument through exercises and simple songs. Participants should have some basic knowledge of how to play their instrument. If you are a total beginner, it is recommended that you take a few private lessons before joining the group. (And youtube is your friend!)
7:30 - A more advanced group that focuses more on playing pieces together with multiple parts. Experienced players are welcome to join the beginning class for no extra charge.

Wednesdays at 6:30 / 7:30 September - May. Located in the Geery Theater, downstairs in the Pease Conservatory of Music. 2130 L Street, Sacramento, CA.
$20 single class or $60/month with a monthly class pass.
