About This Offering

Sunday Reset is an immersive, contemplative gathering held in a gently supported space where the body can come into alignment, opening the way for integration, authentic embodiment, and inner-guided awareness. Through innovative light technologies, restorative sound, and simple reflective practices, we create a calm, intentional atmosphere in which the whole system can soften and settle naturally.

This experience welcomes the full spectrum of what may unfold, from deep rest to expanded states of consciousness, all while inviting you to stay grounded and present. It is not a performance or teacher-focused event. We simply hold the space and offer a rare blend of modalities, including the Ajna Light, of which only about 1,000 exist worldwide. Each practice is mindfully guided, with room for you to engage in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

What You’ll Experience

Ajna Light: intentional Light Self Therapy
While resting beneath the Ajna Light, a transformative neurotechnology that bridges science, brainwave states, and the nature of awareness, participants engage with a rare spiritual tool developed by Guy Harriman. Using pulsed LED light within a Tesla Plate field, the Ajna Light gently guides the brain into deep meditative states.

Human Design: Energy of the Moment
We’ll tune into the Human Design transits which are the energetic themes currently active in the collective. Understanding this “cosmic overlay” can help you recognize patterns, notice conditioning, and connect more consciously with the energy you’re experiencing, encouraging greater self-awareness and aligned decision-making.

Reiki: Self-Practice & Guided Meditation
You’ll be guided through a calming, self-directed Reiki practice using simple hand placements and awareness, cultivating inner orientation, presence, and embodied connection. We’ll also share the “Ocean of Holy Love” Holy Fire® Reiki Experience, a deeply nourishing guided meditation that opens your consciousness to receive Reiki energy in a natural and effortless way.
No prior Reiki experience is required.

Sound Bath: Restorative Vibrations & Vocal Toning
Immerse yourself in the soothing frequencies of 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Full Moon Bowls, Angelic Harps, Drums, and Chimes, all woven together with Live Ambient Soundscapes by Dru Ali, also known as DJ Hyphen Select. You’ll also be guided through easeful vocal toning to harmonize your breath, voice, and nervous system. This sound journey invites deep reset, emotional release, and energetic renewal.

A Field of Shared Presence
Sunday Reset honors individual experience within a shared environment. Throughout the gathering, you’re encouraged to stay comfortable and present in your body, sitting or lying down as needed, as we move through the experience together at a gentle pace. Each person’s authenticity contributes naturally to the field.
