About the facilitator:
Iain Collins is a certified Embodied Breathwork Facilitator with nine years of experience in both activating and meditative breathwork. A dedicated member of the Behind the Lids community since its inception, Iain has walked his own deep journey with the breath — experiencing first hand its capacity for transformation, clarity, and connection. Inspired by the interconnectedness of life, Iain finds renewal through hiking, surfing, music, and meaningful community. He holds space with grounded presence and steady heart, offering a supportive and authentic container for those ready to explore the power of their own breath.
