About us

This meetup is for practitioners and learners who want to truly be Agile—going beyond theory to real-world practice. We focus on sharing experiences, lessons learned, and honest “war stories” from applying Agile principles in product delivery and organisational transformation.

Through hands-on workshops, interactive sessions, and talks, we explore how different Agile approaches work in practice, including Kanban, XP, and other ways of working. We also dive into the technology practices that enable effective Agile delivery, such as CI/CD, TDD, and modern engineering techniques.
All skill levels are welcome. This group exists to create a space where people can learn from each other, experiment, and grow together.
The meetup is organised by Fabric Group, a Melbourne-headquartered software development consultancy. Fabric is a collective of experienced practitioners who combine strategy, design, and strong engineering capability to help organisations deliver meaningful outcomes.
