About us
| In4Squash Belfast is an LGBTQIA+ inclusive squash club based in Belfast, welcoming lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, non-binary people, allies, and supporters from across Ireland.
Founded in September 2023, In4Squash Belfast is part of the wider In4Squash community and an extension of In4Squash Dublin, which has been bringing LGBTQIA+ people together through squash for over a decade.
We meet every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Queen's PEC, Belfast, providing a friendly, supportive environment where people can enjoy squash, stay active, and meet new friends.
All abilities are welcome. Whether you've never picked up a racket before, are returning to the sport after a break, or play regularly, you'll find players of different experience levels and opportunities to improve your game. We can usually provide rackets for beginners, so don't worry if you don't have your own equipment.
As an affiliated club with Irish Squash and Ulster Squash, members have the option to become affiliated through Irish Squash. The club is covered by public liability insurance through Irish Squash; however, players should arrange their own personal insurance cover if required.
Our focus is not only on squash but also on building an inclusive community. Alongside weekly sessions, we organise social events and encourage members to connect both on and off the court.
Come along, give squash a try, and join one of Belfast's growing LGBTQIA+ sports communities. We look forward to welcoming you to the court!
