Flight Levels: An Introduction

Flight Levels, "invented" by Dr. Klaus Leopold in collaboration with Dr. Siefried Kaltenecker, address the fact that work looks different on various levels of an organization. A strategic goal has to be broken down into tiny bits that in the end compose the strategic goal.
With Flight Levels you get a tool to better organize work on all levels, thus minimizing risk and improving flow and communication.
