It's so simple: without change nothing changes.
But how can we achieve the kind of change we desire? What mechanism are at work and how can we remain in a position of control during a period of change?
We will take a good look at both interesting theories and "practical implementations". Systems theory and Kanban and the use of "Artificial Intelligence" will be reoccurring themes in this concert.
A healthy mix consisting of talks/presentations and active involvement will be our standard. We might mix in a company presentation where actual change has taken place.
Be prepared for some amazing insight and hopefully some fun as well.
