6:05-6:45pm Writing (No Talking) - 40 minutes
6:45-7:00pm Break - 10~ minutes
7:00-7:45pm Writing (No Talking) - 40 minutes
7:45-8pm Wrap up - 20~ minutes

- Journal what is happening in your life
- A funny moment you experienced recently
- An interesting dream you had
- The story you have always wanted to write
- A poem about your favorite place
- Anything, just write!
