Before real estate, Umaer was a professional boxer and trainer. He has openly shared that although he worked hard, that career wasn't leading toward the financial future he wanted. He also knows what self-doubt, stress, and uncertainty about what comes next feel like.
He began investing as a student. After years of learning and growing, he is now one of the younger Renatus instructors and teaches mobile home park investing.
His journey is a reminder that where you start doesn't have to determine where you end up.
