About us
Come train, connect, and hang out with other strength sport enthusiasts! This is a free potluck-style event, with an open gym, where we can grow our strength-training community and meet with like-minded athletes.
All are welcome! Bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, strongman, and any other disciplines at any level.

Potluck-style Bellevue Strength Sports Meetup

We had such an amazing turnout last time, so for this one we’re going to make it a casual community potluck. Store-bought, homemade, meal-prep-style, snacks, drinks, and simple sides are all welcome! No pressure to make anything fancy.
If you’re able to bring something, please sign up here!
To keep things balanced, we’re asking people to choose from categories like protein/main dish, side, fruit/veg, snacks, dessert, drinks, ice, or supplies. A good target is at least 8–12 small servings per food item. The more the better, though!
Please label your dish with what it is and any obvious allergens/notes, such as vegetarian, gluten-free, contains nuts, dairy, spicy, etc.
No worries if you can’t bring food, you’re still welcome to come hang out. If you’re bringing a guest, please update your RSVP so we can plan better.
Regarding Parking: Parking is okay in the upper and lower parking lots next to the gym. Please do not park in the Bel-Red Storage parking lot or you will be towed. If spots are full, the BelRed Link Station Parking is just a short walk north of the gym and can be used for additional parking.
