We're a group of bears, cubs, and all types of furry friends who are proud of ourselves, and our community, and who want to support and help each other live a long, healthful lifestyle that fits our personalities and needs.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition and lifestyle - especially for our community. Let's celebrate that in a judgment-free, supportive, fun, furry environment.

Instructor Bio:
Gonçalo is a Portuguese dancer, choreographer, performer, and movement facilitator. Born in Alcácer do Sal, he began his artistic journey in theater at the age of 15 before discovering a passion for dance.
After participating in the Portuguese television show So You Think You Can Dance?, Gonçalo continued his training at the Escola Superior de Dança. Since then, he has worked as a dancer with different artists and projects, including works focused on social inclusion and communities from different ethnic and social backgrounds.
In 2020, Gonçalo made his debut as a choreographer with PUTTO BRUTO, a play exploring beauty stereotypes with a predominantly plus-size cast.
He was also a mentor and trainer in the "É como é" / "It Is How It Is" project, exploring body positivity through dance and movement with children.
Throughout his career, Gonçalo has worked with artists including Marco da Silva Ferreira, Clara Andermatt, Victor Hugo Pontes, and Brandon Lagaert, and has participated in artistic residencies and international projects.
Today, he brings his experience with dance, movement, and body positivity to create spaces where people can explore movement, express themselves, and feel comfortable in their own bodies.
