Details
A transformative trauma-informed breathwork journey using a holotropic-inspired active breath (also referred to as conscious connected breath) to move energy, surface emotion, and create release. Held with softness, this session supports you in clearing what’s been stuck so you can feel more aligned, grounded, and alive.
What to expect:
A grounded meditation, followed by vibey ambient music, and a powerful psychosomatic experience that will connect you deeper into yourself.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Eye mask or bandana to cover eyes
- Blanket
- Wear cozy clothes with a loose-fitting waist band
