Group workshops allow you to connect to your body & breath in a supportive & safe setting. Group spaces are welcoming for all people, regardless of prior experience.
You’ll be guided through a trauma-informed somatic breathwork journey designed to support:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional release
• Self-trust
• Inner listening
• Embodied self-love
We’ll gather in a plant-lined studio space and move through the experience supported by a carefully curated playlist. Expect grounding, spaciousness, and the opportunity to meet yourself honestly.

### How to Prepare:
- Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask (recommended).
- Wear comfortable clothing with a loose-fitting waistband.
- Avoid heavy meals and excess fluids 1–2 hours before.
