In this guided group session, we will explore the circular breath rhythm to create a quiet space for the mind to settle, stored tension to release, and emotions to be met with greater clarity and curiosity.

Whether you are navigating daily stress, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply curious about breathwork, this space is held for you.
