SOLSTICE SOCIAL AND POTLUCK

Details
We’re planning a solstice celebration potluck on the longest day of the year. This will be a great reason to get together and meet someone new and rekindle relationships. You’re invited to Tim’s home for a fun and relaxing backyard social and potluck. You're welcome to spend the evening with others, culminating with a “toast” to the beginning of Summer at 7:42pm followed by the end to the longest day at the 8:52pm sunset. This will be an outdoor event so bring a light jacket or wrap for when the sun dips behind the mountains.
INTRODUCTORY DETAILS
This announcement is mostly an invitation. You will receive a separate more detailed email after you sign up. That email will provide more information on the address, places to park, etc…
FOOD AND DRINK
Below, in the comments section of this announcement, please add what food and drink items you’re thinking of bringing. This will help others as they plan. This group has done a lot of potlucks over the years. Things always seems to work out. Just remember to bring something you want to enjoy and some more to share.
THINGS TO DO
In addition to the potluck, a few options are listed below on how you might like to enjoy the evening.
First, we will have horseshoes and cornhole games available. But anyone can bring something else if desired.
Second, cameras are optional since of course we're photographers. You can hope to take zoom and/or landscape photos of birds and blossoms, maybe even butterflies and a bambi? And we can hope for a nice solstice sunset photo too.
Third, if it's hot, there are plenty of places to sit and relax in the shade or in the sun while visiting with others.
