I’ve always been passionate about deep, vulnerable, and connecting conversations.

The kind of conversations where people can move past the usual small talk, feel a little more seen, and connect in a way that feels meaningful.

I also love creating spaces where other people feel safe and comfortable doing the same.

Beneath Surface Level is a relaxed park hangout with free food and drinks built around that idea.

We’ll have a conversation circle set up, with some light snacks and drinks with optional prompts for anyone who wants to join in. You are absolutely not obligated to participate, share, or say anything personal. You can join the circle, listen, pass on any prompt, or just hang out nearby.

We’ll also have space for casual hanging out, lawn games, snacks, and drinks. If you have a lawn game, card game, picnic blanket, chair, or snack you’d like to bring, please feel free.

Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM, we take over a great Bend coffee shop for an afternoon of light conversation, genuine connection, and getting things done together.

This week, we’re meeting at Junction Roastery & Social Club which is a space designed for exactly this kind of gathering.

True to its name, Junction was created as a crossroads where people can meet, exchange ideas, and experience a little old-fashioned hospitality. The warm, beautifully designed space blends Bend’s regional character with elevated coffee-shop comfort, including a service bar crafted from reclaimed local milk barn wood.
It is the kind of place that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile.

We will be hanging at my place and having a fun Saturday night! Bring back the house party! The last one of these I did was such a blast, and feel free to stay as long as you'd like, will be going late. Epic times will most likely be had!
