Looking to expand your social circle in Barcelona? Whether you are a musician looking for a tight groove to play over, a singer who wants to feel the energy of a live band, or a music lover simply looking to meet new people and enjoy a great vibe, this is the place for you.

The Sharlathans are opening the stage to build a supportive musical community. Known for our unique vibrant fusion of Jazz, Flamenco, and Latin influences on Funk and Soul classics, we provide the strong foundation, you provide the spark. This is not just a concert, it is a social experience where we get together, socialize, and grow the Barcelona creative scene as friends.

How it works
The Backline: We provide the sound, space, energy, cajón, guitar, and microphones. Bring your instrument, your voice, or just your best smile to connect with us and others, on and off stage.
The Set: We start with a short set by The Sharlathans to set the mood, then the stage belongs to the community. Come and enjoy the live music.
The Genre: Funk, Soul, Rock, Pop, and everything in between.

The Sharlathans abren el escenario para construir una comunidad musical cercana y de apoyo. Conocidos por nuestra vibrante fusión de Jazz, Flamenco y ritmos Latinos sobre clásicos de Funk y Soul, nosotros ponemos la base sólida y tú pones la chispa. Esto no es solo un concierto, es una experiencia social donde nos reunimos, socializamos y hacemos crecer la escena creativa de Barcelona como amigos.

Cómo funciona
El Backline: Nosotros ponemos el sonido, el espacio, la energía, el cajón, la guitarra y los micrófonos. Trae tu instrumento, tu voz o simplemente tu mejor sonrisa para conectar con nosotros y con otras personas, dentro y fuera del escenario.

El Set: Empezamos con un set corto de The Sharlathans para crear el ambiente y después el escenario es de la comunidad. Ven a disfrutar de la música en directo.

El Género: Funk, Soul, Rock, Pop y todo lo que hay entre medias.

New In Town: Barcelona is the city’s weekly English-language comedy night for expats, immigrants, travelers, and curious locals who want to laugh, meet people, and feel instantly at home.

Every Saturday night we take over the candle-lit secret basement of Nomad House, one of Barcelona’s newest international hangouts, for a high-energy comedy experience you won’t find anywhere else in the city.

Your hosts are:
Sid Singh (BBC, Comedy Central, Edinburgh Fringe) and
Harris Fellman (Spain’s Got Talent, iUmor, TVE, HGTV).
Together they curate a fresh lineup every week featuring some of the best English-speaking comedians in Europe — including performers you may recognize from Netflix, television, festivals, and viral social clips.
Expect smart stand-up, big laughs, playful crowd-work, surprising moments of magic, and a room full of people just like you — new to Barcelona, open to connection, and ready to have a great night out.
Best of all, the show is free to attend.

Looking for a relaxed way to move your body and meet new people?

Join us for a free guided yoga session where we practice together in a friendly, non-judgmental environment. This is not a formal class, I will just guide the session so you can follow along at your own pace.
Think of it as a mix between a personal practice and a community experience.

Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, you’re welcome to join.

What to expect

• A free, open yoga 1h session
• A chill, respectful atmosphere
• After the session: social hangout + sharing impressions

Important information

• Doors will be closing at 13:10, so please be on time
• This is not a yoga class
• No teacher / no instructions provided
• Bring your own mat (material is NOT included)

After the yoga session you can stick around for a drink and connect with others; or take a moment to share how it felt, exchange tips, or just enjoy the moment.

If you’ve been wanting to move your body and meet new people without the structure of a class, just bring your mat and join us.
