We’re starting something new at Nomad House.

Our first Mario Kart & Game Night is happening this Sunday from 18:00 to 22:00.

This one is for our growing Nomad House community, for people who are new in town, and for anyone who wants to meet people in a way that feels more natural than standing around asking “so what do you do?” for the fifth time that week.

The idea is simple:

We play.
We laugh.
Someone gets way too competitive.
Someone says “I’m just here to watch” and is racing 20 minutes later.

We’ll start with Mario Kart as the main game, with a mix of tournament races and more relaxed free play.
There will also be space for board games, and if the night grows the way we hope, we’ll slowly add more things like poker upstairs, werewolves, and whatever else the community actually wants to play.

This is the first edition, so we’re building it together.

The games are the excuse.
The real point is to create an easy Sunday evening where people can wind down, meet others, and feel part of something that doesn’t have weird forced networking energy.

A quick note about the group:
We do filter RSVPs a little. Not because we’re trying to be fancy, but because we care about the atmosphere.
We want this to stay friendly, respectful, social, and community-driven.

Basically, good people, good energy, and no strange Meetup chaos. We have all seen enough.

Also: dress to express.

Every week we’ll take pictures of some of the best dressed people to show off the community.
So if you’ve secretly been waiting for your model moment, congratulations. This may be it.
