What we're about

This is a group for anyone whose loved one has died. We chat, learn, play, plan, cry and laugh (and everything in between).

As a community, we've started to share resources that we've found helpful in this sheet

Bereavement support group

Online event

Talk about your experiences with other people who can relate.

This group will be structured so that everyone has an opportunity to talk. There is no pressure to talk, you can share as much or as little as you would like. You can keep your camera off if you prefer.

Feel free to message me (Emily) with any questions you have. The room opens at 6:25pm to allow everyone 5 minutes to get set up before the chat starts.
