We are hosting a free Workshop: Inner Power Through Movement – with Deaf Instructor Antony Johnson on Saturday, May 10th, 10am-12pm!!

Looking to discover your inner strength through safe, expressive movement? Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind workshop led by Antony Johnson, a Deaf martial artist with over 30 years of experience. Deaf and hearing can join!

This is not traditional martial arts—it’s a gentle, empowering practice that blends soft, sensual motion with body awareness, breath, and storytelling. You’ll learn how to LISTEN to your inner voice, tap into your core, and move with confidence and creativity.

Perfect for all ages and experience levels—no martial arts background needed. Just come ready to explore, express, and have fun!
