About us
Welcome to Vayu Yoga Berlin, a small aerial yoga circle for women.
This space is about nervous system regulation, gentle strength, breath,
and community. A place to move softly, reconnect with your body, and practice together. The hammock becomes your partner — it supports, guides, and, once you trust it, offers the freedom to move with lightness and grace. In each practice, we move consciously and gently, allowing the body to open while the mind becomes quiet.
