Watercolor Day is a hands-on workshop designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of watercolor in a clear, practical, and approachable way. Through a series of guided exercises, you’ll learn how watercolor behaves and how to use its qualities to create expressive paintings.
We’ll begin with simple studies focused on water control, tone, color mixing, and washes. Once you’ve become familiar with the medium, you’ll practice essential watercolor techniques such as wet-on-wet painting, glazing, layering, and creating textures.
In the second part of the workshop, you’ll apply these skills to create a finished watercolor painting.

About the Instructor
Jenny Andreeva is a Berlin-based watercolor artist and educator. She is a member of the German Watercolour Society and has exhibited internationally, including at the Fabriano Watercolour Festival in Italy. She has held several solo exhibitions in Berlin and teaches watercolor to beginners and hobby artists.
