What we’re about

This group is for anyone interested in sharing and learning more about Customer Service (also known as Customer Support, or Customer Success, Customer Care, ...).
This is a place to exchange ideas and best practices to enhance the customer experience but also the staff experience. We cover the full spectrum of customer services: processes, tools and people. Whether you have years of managerial experience in this field, whether you are "just" a team member, or simply someone with some interest in this topic, you're welcome to join!

We'll meet on a regular basis, after work and every time in a different location. Each session will cover a specific topic followed by Q&As.
