Berlin Film Community and No Plan records come together to bring a free screening of Punk in Africa - a music documentary feature film.
Q + A with the movie directors Deon Maas and Keith jones after the screening. Free entry - doors open at 17:00 - film starts at 18:00.
Punk in Africa is the story of the multi-racial punk movement within the recent political and social upheavals experienced in three Southern African countries: South Africa, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. An amazing look into a scene that was underground, hidden, banned and persecuted.
Come on down, watch this fabulous movie, have a drink from the lovely HoM bar staff, and chill while networking with music lovers and Berlin filmmakers.
