This group is for people seeking personal growth, both physically and mentally. It is an open space for people who want to improve their physical capacities as well as their mental and emotional well- beeing.
The way we eat, exercise, breath and sleep has a profound impact on our physique, and on our mental and emotional states. With this group, I want to share my knowledge in order to help people reaching their full potential.
I am a dedicated sports person, very passionate about going deeper in the capacities of the human body and mind, and the way they work together. I want to give people tools to transform physically and mentally.
I am a certified physical trainer and mental trainer as well as a tennis neuro-athletik coach. Neuro athletik is based on exercises improving the visual and vestibular (balance) system, in order to improve movement in sports and in every day life.
I would like to share my knowledge on how to develop physical strenght, movement, endurance and flexibility, but also how to regulate the nervous system, improve mood, energy and well beeing with exercise, nutrition, breath work, and other techniques like for example cold exposure and mindfulness.
