About the Presenter
David Schwartzer is currently a Long-Term Care Insurance Policyholder Advocate. He has been investigating the Long-Term Care Insurance premium crisis since 2022 and has been working with state legislators to pass new laws in Connecticut. He has over forty years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry and is a former executive with The Hartford Insurance Company. Following his time at The Hartford, he was the North America Risk Manager for an international chemical company with North America headquarters here in Connecticut.
