Book Tasting

Do you want to kick off Summer Reading with something different? Expand your reading palate with a book tasting!
Berlin-Peck staff members will share their favorite books, offer personalized reading recommendations, and introduce you to hidden gems you won’t want to miss.
This year, we are incorporating some nontraditional categories of books, while still including a variety of nonfiction and fiction genres.
The featured book categories will be:

1. Inclusive stories from marginalized groups to celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary
2. Contemporary Irish fiction
3. Found family
4. Notable detectives
5. Pets
6. Speculative fiction
7. Young adult books that will appeal to adults

Copies of the recommended books will be available, so you can check them out and dive right in! Connect with fellow book lovers as you explore new literary flavors. A light meal and drinks will be served.
Registration is required and opens May 16.
